1. Masala Dosa


Masala dosa is made with a rice and lentil batter. They are soft crispy  crepes called Dosas which are filled with potato filling. They are also diary free and gluten free.

Preparation

To prepare the Dosa, first the rice and lentils must be soaked for several hours and blended together. We will get a smooth batter. Then you have to ferment the batter overnight.

You can make dosa on a hot griddle. You can fill the crepe with a spiced potato filling.

You can enjoy it with sambar or chutney. This is a common breakfast dish in South India.

2. Veg Pulao

Veg pulao is a delicious and healthy recipe. It is made of rice and vegetables. It is healthy and nutritious.

Preparation

Soak rice for some time. Cut and chop the needed vegetables. Cook the rice and vegetables together. You can add vegetables like green peas and carrots.

3. Gobi Manchurian

Gobi Manchurian is made out of cauliflower. Cauliflower is a green leafy vegetable and is a good source of vitamin c. Several dishes can be made out of cauliflower and Gobi Manchurian is a spicy dish made from cauliflower. You can deep fry cauliflower after marinating it with spices and sauces.
